Shipping Policy
Shipping depends on your location. All packages are sent via USPS. Once an order has been made you will be sent your tracking number to follow your order.
Return Policy
All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the nature of the process used to produce. so when you order your shoes make sure you chose the correct size, color, design, etc. If your item is defective or damaged we will replace it at no charge.
